ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Perlette State Farm Insurance agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our staff assistant, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in administrative/clerical duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  •  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
  • Administrative tasks will be assigned. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Customer Service and Sales experience 
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  •  Property & Casualty license 
  • Strong computer skills required (Salesforce, Word, etc.)

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
