The Perlette State Farm Insurance agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Administrative tasks will be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
- Property & Casualty license
- Strong computer skills required (Salesforce, Word, etc.)

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
